Community Private
A member of Beachlands or Maraetai Community hires the hall for a private social function during the day.
Flat rate of $150
Children’s birthday party, Older person’s afternoon tea party Reunion 
Business or Private
Hire At the discretion of the committee.  Business or evening function.   $50.00 per hour including set up and clean up.  Plus $100 cleaning bond. Must also pay the cost of a liquor license. Expected charge about $300. 21st birthday, 40th birthday, business function. An extension to activities at the beach.
